imported ingredients, by supporting the local manufacturer and also producing charcuterie products in-house.
Our founding chef, Ufuk Ügümü, brings to life the charcuterie tradition derived
from old Istanbul culture, preserving it in Salamura’s versatile environment by
harmonizing different culinary cultures and flavors. Salamura is devoted to meticulously
